John N. Stamas, D.D.S.
Dr. John Stamas received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County in 1988. He then went on to perform research at the Kennedy Krieger Institute for children with metabolic diseases. Dr. Stamas graduated in 1994 from the University of Maryland Dental School with his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and has been committed to the art and science of dentistry ever since.
With an emphasis on cosmetic, restorative and implant dentistry, Dr. Stamas is committed to continuing education and makes every effort to be at the forefront of his profession. With his reputation drawing patients from all around the east coast, Dr. Stamas was named one of the Top Dentist in Baltimore Magazine.
Dr. Stamas takes pride in using the latest technological advances including digital scanning of teeth for computer-aided modeling of crowns, bridges, partials, and implant restorations. Computer simulations of proposed cosmetic treatment are performed for a more comprehensive understanding of treatment before work is done. Dr. Stamas has expanded his practice beyond what is typical of a general dentist and works alongside the best specialists in the area. Professionally Dr. Stamas has been a member of the American Dental Association, Maryland State Dental Association, Baltimore County Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry and Seattle Study Club since 1994.
Dr. Stamas lives with his family in the Fallston area. He enjoys fishing, golfing, and spending time with his wonderful wife of 22 years, Maria, and their three beautiful daughters.
Andrew G. Lericos, D.D.S.
A native of Glen Arm, Dr. Andrew Lericos graduated from Loch Raven High School in 2006 and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in General Biology at the University of Maryland, College Park. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland, School of Dentistry in 2016, where he served on his class executive board, was a recipient of the Martin Luther King Jr. Diversity Award, and was awarded the Dean’s Award for Community Service upon graduation.
Dr. Lericos has held jobs in every aspect of the field, from being a dental assistant to working in a dental laboratory, but none has been more rewarding than addressing a patient’s needs directly as their dentist. He regularly takes continuing education classes and is most interested in how technology and dentistry are shaping the new direction in impression methods, implant dentistry, and overall esthetics in his patient’s cases.
Dr. Lericos is a personable dentist with a passion for shaping smiles and alleviating oral concerns. “Dentistry is such an intricate problem-solving puzzle. No patient is the same and because of that no treatment is ever the same. It is a joy solving that puzzle with my patients and doing so in a delicate and comfortable manner.”
Dr. Lericos’ other interests include traveling the world and running,
having recently completed his fifth half marathon. He has treated
everyone in his life with care and compassion and continues to strive
for excellence in every setting.
